Angel

CHAPTER 1
MEET ANGEL

Once there was a poor dog named Angel. Her parents died when she was only a baby. When she grew up she became a street dog. And everyone knows street dogs most fear is the dog catcher. But she always got away from him. Except for one day . . .

CHAPTER 2
THE STORY

One day when the dog catcher was out, she was caught. He took her to his boss and said, "I have been trying to catch this brat forever. Should I take her to the lab, sir?"
The boss looked up. "My brother called from the army and said if we had any dogs that smart he would give me one million dollars!"
Then they started dancing around the desk saying, "We're rich!"
Later the boss called his brother.

CHAPTER 3
TRAINING SCHOOL

Angel was sent to a training school. At first she had no idea where she was, then she saw a sign that said TRAINING SCHOOL. She was a very smart dog. She knew how to read. She wasn't sure what they were going to do with her after training. She thought for a while. Then she discovered that they were going to take her into the army after her training. The army needed as much help as they could get, because Japan was attacking America. Angel decided that she would rather go battle than training school so through all of her training she was good so she could get out of it fast. Her training only took three months.

CHAPTER 4
THE ARMY

When Angel got there, a man was waiting for her. He told her to follow him. They walked for about five miles. But Angel wasn't tired yet. They went into a building. Another man was waiting for her. He was very tall, he looked very brave. At first she thought he was scary, then she fell in love with him. Then he said, "So you must be Angel."
Then she knew that he was nice. All of a sudden, signs everywhere flashed RED ALERT! "Battle stations everyone!" yelled the captain. Soon Angel found out that her master's name was Michael Greggs, but everyone calls him Mike. Mike called, "Follow me!" He jumped on a motorcycle and Angel jumped on the back.

CHAPTER 5
JAPAN

When they got there it was hard to tell they were in battle. Then three black ninjas jumped out of some rocks. And some more, and more, and more and more until there were hundreds of them. Then they pulled out their swords and started attacking. Since Angel was very vicious it wasn't that hard. Mike was doing good too. Then out of no where some ninjas jumped from behind them and . . .

CHAPTER 6
THE CAPTURE

The ninjas took them into a cave. Angel tried to fight her way out but there were too many ninjas. Mike didn't do anything because he knew he was caught. The cave was so dark that Mike couldn't see anything. They walked and walked and walked. The cave was very long. Mike go so tired he collapsed at the end of the cave. Angel was tired too. So she layed down with him. She was sleeping when all of a sudden something woke her up. The ninjas started talking to each other. Angel couldn't tell what they were saying. But she did hear one say, "I will go to Kio Kong."
Then Angel got up and started barking at the ninjas. Mike awoke looking puzzled. Then he yelled, "Angel come here!" Then a tall man walked in.

CHAPTER 7
THE NINJA MASTER

The man was wearing black, like the other ninjas. Mike knew Japanese. He asked the ninja master, "Why are you attacking America?"
The ninja master said, "I think the question is, why are you attacking Japan?"
Mike gave him a puzzled look.
The ninja master explains, "Ten years ago someone in America sent a bomb to us. At first we thought it was one little bomb, but they sent us a bomb each year. Each year the bomb got bigger. This year when the bomb came, it destroyed our NTC. Many young ninjas got injured and a few had to face death. Their parents forced me to attack. I did not want to attack, but I was forced."
"What's NTC?" asked Mike.
The ninja master answered, "NTC stands for Ninja Training Center."
Angel, of course, did not understand them because they were talking in Japanese.
The ninja master said, "We worked hard on that building."
Mike felt sorry for him.
"When I saw you fighting, I thought you could help me," said the ninja master.
"Of course we would be glad to help you," said Mike.
The ninja master said, "I was hoping you would say that."
The ninja master's real name was Kio Kong.
"What do you need help with?" asked Mike.
"I need you to go back to America and find the person who has been bombing us. I would go myself but I have been forbidden to enter America," answered the ninja master.

CHAPTER 8
THE SEARCH

"We'll leave next week," Mike told Angel the next day. When they got off the plane in America, Mike told Angel, "Come on, Angel. Let's go find the person who tried to destroy Japan."
Angel barked with joy. She likes to hung down bad people.
THE END

The Curse

Once there was a family. Not just any old family. They were royal. There was a king, a queen, and their daughter. Around their castle was a big wall. On the other side of the wall there was a forrest. In the forrest was a cabin. In the cabin was a witch. The witch had told the family to build a wall separating the forrest from the castle. But they could build a small door but they had to lock it and give her the key.
The king was very mad when he heard this. He asked the evil witch, "If we cannot come out of our castle how will we get our food?"
"Your servants may come out but not you or your family," said the witch.
"What will you do to us if we don't do what you say?" The king asked.
"I will put the most deadly curse on your whole family!" the witch answered angrily. Then she calmed down a little and mumbled, "The only way you can dodge being cursed is to do what I just told you."
Five years after the witch came, five years being stuck in their castle, the king and queen were miserable. One sunny day, the queen had her first baby. She named her Aurora. Two months later the king got worried. One night when they were sleeping, the king awoke the queen and said, "Meet me in the balcony. I want to talk to you."
When she got there, he looked at her in a sad way and said, "What are we going to do about Aurora?"
"What do you mean?"
"I mean what about the curse? Soon, when she gets older she'll want to go outside. How are we going to tell her?"
"Let's just worry about that when we need to," the queen sighed. Then she went back to bed.
When Aurora was five, she ran up to her dad ad begged, "Daddy, can I go outside to play, please, please, please?"
"No."
"Why not?"
"Because the only thing outside is a forrest and the forrest is no place for you."
"But Dad, I've never gone outside in my life! Why can't I go outside?!" She was so loud the queen could hear her upstairs.
She came running down. "Aurora, what's wrong?" she asked when she saw Aurora pouting.
"Daddy won't let me outside," she said gloomily.
"He has got a right to keep you in," said the queen trying to explain.
"Why can't I go outside!?"Aurora yelled so loud she could be heard for miles. Even the witch could hear her.
"I think it's time to tell her," the queen told the king.
"Time to tell me what?" the princess asked with delight.
"Ten years ago a witch came to our castle. She told us to stay in our castle forever."
"Or else...?" asked the princess.
"Or else she would put a deadly curse on us. Well, actually, she told us we can go outside, but if we came back in our castle, something bad would happen."
"How do we know something bad will happen! For all we know she could just turn our hair into flowers!" She was really mad. She thought that her parents had tried to trick her.
The next morning Aurora ran up to her mom and said, "Mommy I don't want to be a princess anymore. I want to be a regular girl."
The queen looked at her in a surprised way. "Why not?"
"I don't want to live in a castle that could be cursed."
"But honey,it's every girls' dream to become a princess."
"Yeah, I know, but it's every princess' dream to become a normal girl."
The queen looked at her in an odd way and said, "Maybe."
Later that night, the queen told the king what the princess had said.
"I don't want to live in a castle that could be cursed either," said the king.
"I...I suppose when she gets older we could runaway and never come back again," stammered the queen.
"Or we could build a small cabin outside, but you heard what the witch said. We can go outside but if we ever come back in something bad will happen. I wonder why she did not tell us what will happen."
Three years later, the king told the queen it was time. "Time to become regular people," answered the king.
The queen ran into the princess's bedroom and gasped, "Grab your possessions and meet me and Daddy downstairs." The princess looked surprised, but she grabbed her favorite stuff and ran downstairs. Her parents were waiting for her downstairs.
She had a confused look on her face. "What's going on?" she asked. Her parents just looked at her.
"We're leaving."
"What!?" shouted the surprised princess.
"Three years ago you told us that you wanted to leave and see the world. I talked to your father and he said sure."
"When I told you I wanted to be a normal girl, I didn't think you'd actually leave!" said Aurora with surprise.
Soon they left the castle. Aurora had soon found out that she had forgot her favorite little music box in her room. She told herself that she couldn't live without it. Later that night when her parents were sleeping, she decided to sneak back into the castle and grab her music box. Of course she didn't believe in the curse or she wouldn't be going back to the castle.
It was very hard to see. Everything was pitch black. Finally she found her way to the front door of the castle. The door was unlocked. She slowly walked in. She turned on some lights. Then she ran upstairs and grabbed her music box. When she came back down she saw two black knights. "Hmmm. . . I don't remember seeing those here," she said looking at the knights.
Just when she was about to walk out, she died.
You're probably wondering how. Let's just say the castle turned into a haunted mansion.
The End!

Missy

Missy is my very hyper kitten. She likes to play with her fishing pole. My grandpa tied her mouse onto the fishing pole. If she's in the right mood, she'll jump up and down trying to catch the mouse. She's really funny when she jumps. She loves strangers. But if you do something she does not like she will bite you. If she bites you she will draw blood. When she's in her good mood she'll get up on your chest and purr. She's a night owl. She sleeps in the day and prowls around at night. And if you try to read something, she'll lay on whatever your reading. She wants out of the house really bad. Sometimes, she'll sit by the door and go meowwwww. It makes me sad to hear her cry like that. She's a pretty cat. She's a calico bobtail. She purrs when she eats. I love her a lot. I just found out that she has fleas. I feel very sorry for her. My grandma has a special flea comb. It works really good. Here's a picture of her sleeping.

My Baby Stories

I recently found a folder of my stories I used to write when I was probably about 7 or 8. The first story is about my cat, Missy. Then I will begin to tell you about "The Curse" and finally, the dog I wish I never had, Angel. Enjoy.
